Installing Parallels Tools on Kali
Installing Parallels Tools on Kali VM (ARM)
Devices > CD/DVD > Connect image...

Path to tools: Applications > Parallels Desktop.app > Contents > Resources > Tools > prl-tools-lin-arm.iso
Copy everything in /media/cdrom0 to another folder (like Downloads/tools)
Run the installer
It will fail, read the logfile to see what dependencies are missing -> sudo less /var/log/parallels-tools-install.log
The following packages will need to be manually downloaded from: https://http.kali.org/kali/pool/main/l/linux/
(Dependant on your Kali version, read your logfile)
linux-headers-6.12.13-arm64_6.12.13-1kali1_arm64.deb
linux-headers-6.12.13-common_6.12.13-1kali1_all.deb
linux-kbuild-6.12.13_6.12.13-1kali1_arm64.deb
Install the downloaded packages
(order of the above will vary, they depend on each other)
Now we can install Parallels tools
Reboot, should work fine now!
Possible easier fix
After this, it seems Kali installs Parallel Tools without issue.
Kali bug unclickable areas fix
The issue is caused by drag&drop feature in Parallels Tools.
